Partners and children are welcome where included. Outfit changes take place within your booked session time. Travel within APR Photography's local service area is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside this area. Travel between locations forms part of your booked session time. Outdoor sessions are subject to weather conditions and may be rescheduled where necessary. Studio hire fees are additional and vary depending on the selected studio.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please let us know as early as possible. • Cancellations made at least 7 days before your session are eligible for a refund of payments made, excluding any non refundable booking fee where applicable. • Cancellations made within 7 days of the session will forfeit the booking fee. • One reschedule is permitted at no additional charge when requested at least 72 hours before your session. • Rescheduling within 72 hours of the session may incur a $50 rescheduling fee. • Cancellations, rescheduling requests or no shows within 24 hours of the session may result in 100% of the session fee being charged. • Any rescheduled date is subject to APR Photography’s availability. For outdoor sessions affected by unsuitable or unsafe weather, we will work with you to reschedule your session at no additional charge. Please contact us as soon as possible if something comes up. We understand that unexpected circumstances happen and will always do our best to work with you where reasonably possible.
