Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the session will receive a full refund. • Cancellations made within 7 days will forfeit the booking fee. • Rescheduling is allowed once at no cost if requested at least 72 hours in advance. • Reschedules made between 24 hours and 1 hour before the session will incur a $50 fee. • Reschedules or cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session or no-shows will be charged 100% of the session price. Please get in touch if you need to make changes — I understand things can come up, and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
